Do you Waterski or Wakeboard?  Do you feel like trying something new?  Or return to a sport you once loved but have been kept away from by time and circumstances?  Kyle Waterski and Wakeboard Club is the perfect place for you.  You will have such a good time you will want to come back again and again or even join us.

We are a small and very
supportive Waterski and Wakeboard Club and we are also open to the public.  We have around 20 members of every age and stage, so you will meet somebody who is at your level and with whom you can laugh and learn.  Our boat is a Malibu Tournament Ski Boat and, for all you dedicated slalom skiers, we have two courses so we can generally ski no matter which way the wind is blowing.  But if you aren’t there yet, we have our Sunday Skiers and Pensioners so don’t feel you aren’t good enough to have a go!  Our boat is great for wakeboarding too and the loch is a lovely place to ride and enjoy the scenery (if you aren’t too busy trying to avoid a face plant).

We welcome absolute beginners of all ages – some of us really were old enough to know better when we began this!  We have wetsuits, skis and wakeboards you can use and a bar to get you up and skiing.  Our coaches are certified by both British Water Ski & Wakeboard and WaterSki &
Wakeboard Scotland, and can help you at any level, from getting up to improving your technique for one of our competitions.  Advice with wakeboarding is usually from our riders.  We can get beginners up and give tips on how to get move on.  With more experienced riders who are looking for time on the water, there are lots of chats and sharing of techniques for different tricks.

We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time.  Ours is the only ski boat authorised to be on the loch and Our Boat Drivers are all SBDA approved.  The loch itself is an SBDA approved testing site, so you can learn and gain your certificate with us.  We have several first aiders, a number of officials with full disclosure and are fully insured.

Our season runs from April to September with sessions, weather permitting, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and in the afternoons on Saturday and Sunday.  Our clubhouse has changing rooms, a toilet and tea/coffee making facilities (with a well-stocked biscuit tin). We also offer packages to those looking for something new and different for group and corporate events.

Please get in touch with us or visit us on Facebook.  You can be sure of a warm welcome and a great day out.
